01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and manadototo ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by manadototo.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply accessing the manadototo platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. This acceptance is comprehensive and covers all updates made from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines ours, all of which together form a complete agreement between you and manadototo.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the manadototo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to participate in online gaming activities in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Never previously banned or restricted from using the manadototo platform.
• Register under your own name with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• Not acting on behalf of any other individual when creating an account or making transactions.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and winning balances forfeited.

Manadototo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

03Deposits & Payments

Manadototo accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods, including local bank transfers, digital wallets, and instant payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the platform's deposit page. Deposits are credited to your account within seconds once payment confirmation is received.

• Deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the manadototo account holder.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deducting applicable processing costs.
• Manadototo is not liable for any payment delays caused by the player's bank or a third-party payment processor.
• Any deposit made accidentally or in error cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account.

04Withdrawal of Wins

Players wishing to withdraw their wins must ensure their account has completed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the same manadototo account holder.

Withdrawal processing time depends on the chosen withdrawal method and account verification status. Generally, approved withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to a few hours on standard business days. Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.

• Manadototo reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
• Wins obtained from bonus usage must meet the wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Manadototo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty programs. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is made.

A wagering requirement is the minimum betting threshold that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement ratio for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Some games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, toward bonus wagering requirements.

06Game Rules

All games available on the manadototo platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a third-party certification body. This ensures that all game outcomes are truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including manadototo itself.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is stated in the respective game information. Players are encouraged to understand the RTP value and game mechanics before playing with real money.

• Any technical disruption during gameplay caused by a manadototo server issue will be resolved based on saved system records.
• Wins credited as a result of unintentional software or technical errors may be voided by manadototo.

07Account Security

09Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the manadototo support team. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

Manadototo reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

10Limitation of Liability

Manadototo provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis without any implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or loss of profit experienced by players as a result of using our platform, unless such losses are directly caused by manadototo's own negligence.

• Manadototo is not liable for any loss of access caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from valid and accurate game outcomes that are unfavorable to the player.
• Manadototo's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made in the preceding 12-month period.

11Responsible Gaming
